Note: There is only a stable release for the Twitter Module in Drupal 6 at this time.

The Twitter Module for the Drupal Content Management System allows for integration with your Twitter account. This works both ways, you can post your Twitter updates to your website, or you can automatically post links to your content to your Twitter account. This will help drive more traffic to your content and will help you get more followers. Each user on the website may set up their own Twitter account. The use of the Token module will allow users to set up a pattern for the automatic posting.
