Basic Link Building Strategies
A quick way to build links can be done easily through blogs, social bookmarking, and directories. But how do you do it?
Well, it's not too difficult at all, let's talk about link building through blogs:
There is a tool called DoFollow Diver, which allows you to search for blogs about anything you type into the engine - say, for example you search for "kittens". You will be provided a list of blogs that allow "dofollow" links (links that actually allow search engine spiders to crawl through them). To add your link, you actually need to read the article and then leave a comment, something helpful, nothing spammy or anything like that. You have the ability to leave your URL (which is the whole point) in a field in the comment section.
You can find this tool at: http://linkbuildingbible.com/dofollowdiver/
Social bookmarking sites are all about hot news, articles and media. If you find something worthwhile on your website to submit, there is a link building quality to all social bookmarking sites.
Sign up to sites like Digg, Reddit, Technorati, and Sphinn, submit your article/story, and there you will have an instant backlink. You can also read more about it in this article: Social Media in a Nutshell
Directories like DMOZ are tough to break into, but once you are in, you have that much more link power. So try submitting your sites gradually to directory sites, and remember that doing it for free is your best option.

Hey, thanks for the tips. I've tried DoFollow Diver and it works perfectly to find any categories that I want. I'll be using it from now on. Thanks again.
